Phil is amazing! We've started working with Phil for our letting agency from a recommendation and we're so happy we did. He is quick, professional and friendly. Our tenants like him as he is polite and knowledgeable, our landlords love him because he is very reasonable, and we like having happy customers. Phil will always advise on the best action to take on any repair and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.Phil came over to my property within 30 minutes of our first contact and unblocked an drain for a very reasonable fee. He was polite, courteous, and had great attention to detail when it came to debugging the problem of where the guttering was connecting and blocking in order to find the appropriate solution. I can't recommend him enough.
Contacted Phil to unblock our toilet and he was round within an hour and fixed it! Would highly recommend.
